HOUSE WINES

| Four Sisters
Shiraz |
A lovely little drop
- nice spicy plum aroma and a palate that surprises on the
finish with a level of complexity . Medium to full-bodied,
lightly spicy and well balanced with plenty of ripe, berry
fruits. |
$8.00 |
$30.00 |
| Sebastiani
Chardonnay |
This wine has a nice
pale gold color and a golden delicious apple and papaya nose
with touches of crème brulee from the barrel
fermentation. It has a medium body and flavors that echo the
nose with tropical fruits, apple and hints of vanilla. The
wine finishes
pleasantly with malt flavors and nice acidity. This
Chardonnay is uncommonly food-friendly in style due to its
partial Malo-Lactic
fermentation and a delicate oak combination |
$8.00 |
$30.00 |
| 7 Deadly Zins -
Zinfindel |
Seven of Lodi's best
growers gave their souls and the first fruits of each of
their old vine vineyards to contribute to the layered
complexity of this fanciful blend. Soft, supple pepper and
licorice-clove notes merge into a sinful marriage of deep,
brambly blackberries and lustful cherries. The finish is
clean on
the palate with hints of rich vanilla, cocoa, and mild
tannins |
$8.00 |
$30.00 |
Bodegas Carrau
Sauvignon Blanc |
Very light in palate,
loads of tropical fruit, even pineapple. Very short palate.
Chilean sauvignon that’s been left on the lees for six
months |
$8.00 |
$30.00 |
Cycles
Gladiator
Pinot Grigio |
This wine expresses
lovely aromatics of pear and honeydew. Bright, juicy flavors
of citrus and apples that lead to a sweet mineral core. The
finish is soft and lingering; thanks to a balanced acidity
that carries the fruit well into the back of the palate |
$8.00 |
$30.00 |
| Korbel Brut
Champagne |
Korbel Brut is light
and crisp, with spicy fruit flavors. Made from Pinot Noir,
Chardonnay, CheninBlancand French Colombard grapes, it is
finished with a 1% by weight dosage for a balanced
medium-dry finish. |
$8.00 |
$25.00 |
Four Vines
Zin-Syrah Port |
This wine is a
sensual delight. Zinfandel and Petite Sirah grapes, from
Paso Robles, are left on the vine until they achieve maximum
ripeness. The wine is fermented slowly and then blended with
oak-aged brandy to stop the fermentation. It is then aged in
small French oak barrels for 20 months. Layers of rich,
velvety raspberry fruit and spice trails into a silky,
caramel, oak finish. This Zinfandel port will entice you
with its sensuality. Serve with chocolate, candlelight and a
willing companion |
